It is highly recommended that the participants of IMCAPI Hanoi 2010 read the following Information Note (and its three annexes) carefully before making the registration with the organizing board of the IMCAPI Hanoi 2010.

The Information Note and its annexes provide necessary important information relating to organizational arrangements, logistics, visa requirements and other relevant information for IMCAPI participants. Please be sure to visit our website regularly to have the latest versions of the Information Note and its annexes.

Concerning conference registration, invitees are kindly requested to fill in the form (Annex B) and return it to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development at the details below as soon as possible but not later than 1 April 2010.
